Yatin Grover

Yatin Grover is an intellectual property and corporate commercial attorney, dual-qualified in California (USA) and India, and NCA-qualified in Canada. He advises startups, growth-stage companies, and established businesses on protecting intellectual property, structuring commercial transactions, and navigating cross-border legal and regulatory issues, particularly between the United States, India, and Canada.

Yatin has over 13 years of international legal experience, with a practice focused on trademark prosecution and enforcement, intellectual property strategy, corporate advisory, commercial contracts, and cross-border transactions. He regularly assists US and international clients with USPTO trademark filings, portfolio management, enforcement strategy, copyright matters, and IP due diligence in corporate and M&A transactions. His corporate practice includes entity formation, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial risk management, and regulatory compliance.

In addition to advisory work, Yatin has extensive experience handling commercial disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, and brings a strong dispute-aware approach to transactional and IP strategy. His background as an arguing counsel enables him to anticipate enforcement and litigation risks early and structure practical, business-focused solutions.

Before joining One Juris, Yatin served as Legal Counsel to a Taiwan based multinational company having operations in USA, India, China, and Turkey for over five years, advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. He has also worked with leading Indian law firms where he was part of the IP and Commercial litigation team.

Yatin holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (Canada). He is well-positioned to support US-based companies expanding internationally, as well as foreign businesses entering the US market, with a particular focus on IP-driven and technology-enabled businesses.
