Her experience encompasses both contentious and non-contentious IP matters, including representing clients in hearings before the Trade Marks Registry and supporting trademark protection strategies for domestic and international clients. Meghna holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Prior to joining One Juris, she gained experience at ZeusIP Advocates LLP, where she worked on trademark prosecution and IP enforcement matters across a diverse range of industries.
