He works on a wide variety of commercial transactions with a particular focus on technology focused ventures and intellectual property valuations. A substantial part of his law practice involved strategic planning, competitive analysis and commercial exploitation of patents on leading-edge aerospace, robotics & artificial intelligence technologies. He holds a Masters of Law from University of California, Berkeley, United States of America, in Law and Technology and a dual degree in Science and Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur, India.
